As our Verdes name suggests, among other pleasant connotations of the word Verde, we seek to be green. \u00a0In our everyday work, we spend time thinking about the future of our environment. \u00a0We do so not because it\u2019s fashionable but rather because we believe it\u2019s correct and appropriate. As private land owners, we seek in a low key way to be good stewards of our business, our properties and also the environment. \u00a0We believe it is possible to profitably enhance our apartments while minding the greater environments where are apartments are located.<\/p>\n
